Introduction to Cheer – Auscheer Lifts & Flips
This is a fun way to introduce the awesome sport of cheerleading. Run by elite coaches, this grassroots program combines cheer skills, jumps, stunting, cheer dance & tumbles.
All ages, all experience – there is a position for everyone!

Introduction to Dance – Ausdance Moves & Grooves
This is a great way to stay fit and be involved in dance without competition pressure. We offer intro to dance for jazz, lyrical, pom & hip hop. Using up beat energetic music appropriate to age group, the classes are fun and an easy way to progress dance skills.

Tumble Gymnastics Rec Classes
Love to tumble, flip, handstand, cartwheel and do it all SAFELY! Our recreation tumble classes are fun, fast progression, individual skill progression. No waiting queues – we progress you when you are ready!
Airtracks, Olympic trampoline, full size sprung floor, spring board, tumble wedges and elite tumble coaches.
Level 1 Beginner – Front & back rolls, cartwheel, roundoff, bridge, bride kickover
Level 1 Elite – Has the above & working on front and back walkover plus combinations
Level 2 Beginner – Has the above & starting front & back handsprings
Level 2 Elite – Has the above & adding running roundoff & back handspring combos

Ballet Tech
A beautiful up-beat, modern ballet with a traditional edge. All Tier 2, 3 and 4 athletes get this class in their package so it is a great way to meet new friends in different teams. Get the skill progress for your routine.
